1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Yenesow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Yenesow is an AI-powered relationship management application that helps users maintain and strengthen personal and professional relationships through contact organization, AI-powered health scores, smart nudges, and an AI Relationship Coach.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Subscription & Payments

Yenesow offers three subscription tiers:

• Free: 3 connections, relationship map, 2 nudges/week, 2 event suggestions/week, AI Chat & Tune Up
• Premium: $4.99/month or $49.99/year — 20 connections, 5 swaps/month with memory retention, unlimited nudges & event suggestions, AI Relationship Coach
• Unlimited: $9.99/month or $99.99/year — unlimited connections, unlimited swaps with memory retention, unlimited nudges & event suggestions, most recent AI models & Chat

New users who complete the Tune Up questionnaire for at least 1 contact during onboarding receive a 1-month free trial of Premium. After the trial, your subscription auto-renews at the selected plan price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Settings. Annual plans are billed as a single payment at the start of each billing cycle. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription. Prices may vary by region.

5. Data Usage & Consent

By using the Service, you authorize Yenesow to:

• Access and process the contact data you choose to import from your iPhone (names, birthdays, companies, job titles, phone numbers, emails, photos)
• Use the context you share through the Tune Up questionnaire and AI Chat to generate personalized relationship insights, health scores, nudges, and event suggestions
• Store your data securely on our infrastructure

Yenesow only uses data you explicitly share within the app. We never access your messages, emails, SMS, or any external communications. You may revoke any of these authorizations at any time through the app's Settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Import contacts without having a legitimate relationship with those individuals
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm any person
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and content, is owned by Yenesow and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your personal data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate recommendations, conversation starters, and insights. This content is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for how you use these suggestions in your relationships.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yenesow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that relationship advice generated by AI will produce desired outcomes.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
